This is a Mitsubishi Evo VI "Tommi Mäkinen Edition." It featured a different front bumper, red/black Recaro seats, 17" Enkei white wheels, a leather Momo steering wheel and shift knob, a titanium turbine that spooled up more quickly, front upper strut brace, lowered ride height and a quicker steering ratio.
You could also get in in red, a color only available on this Evo VI. It's the last of the Lancers that used brute force instead of more sophisticated computers, and I really want one.
