A taxi cab has jumped the curb at 49th and 6th in Manhattan and struck at least three pedestrians. Their condition is unknown right now, but it does appear that TV's Dr. Oz is on the scene to help. UPDATED

UPDATE: The latest from the accident scene is that a 23 year old British tourist was struck, and she may have lost both of her legs below the knee. Sounds like an absolutely horrific scene.
