The Soviet-built Ladas were a lot of things, but fast was not one of them. That's why I imagine this Lada, operated by feet like Fred Flintstone's car, probably isn't that much slower than one with a working engine.
It seems like a great way to keep an old Lada running (if you can call it that) for cheap, actually. Cut some holes in the floorboard, get a buddy to help push it along, and maybe pick up some speed on a nice downward slope.
Just don't forget the dash cam.
