As automakers are wont to do, Lexus is turning its M4-fighting 2015 Lexus RC-F into a race car that will compete in Japan's Super GT grand touring series. To show off what the car will look like, and possibly as a nod to the French robots' Grammy win this week, they dressed up their crew like Daft Punk. Sweet.
Okay, the crew lacks the robot helmets, so they don't look exactly like Daft Punk, but I think the homage is pretty clear. Those outfits look cool, and so does the RC-F GT500. You can see a whole bunch more on Lexus' Facebook page.
I really hope the drivers and crew end up wear uniforms like that. No one will say Toyota is boring then.
