I'm puzzled. I very rarely have competing feelings of being driven to lunging my head over a toilet and yet feeling inspired and impressed all at the same time. This car (?) makes me do this, and it can be yours for $100,000 – or a partial trade for a Fisker Karma, apparently.
From the eBay posting:
You are looking at a vehicle which receives more pictures taken of it on a daily basis then any lamborghini or ferrari I have ever driven. This car is Fun on 4 hidden wheels all day long, It is hard to describe the positive attention this car brings, You can instantly become involved in just about any event you chose. I have found that almost every person who has shown above average interest in the car has brought their friend or friends/ family to come see the car as well, And everyone knows someone fun, which is the exact person they want to show this car too so the cycle goes on and on.
Sweet.
I have met so many professional sports guys and gals, models, tv and movie talent, unique business owners and the list goes on...
You don't say.
I have built this car from scratch, the body is made from fiberglass and carbon with a one inch steel tubular chassis. The craftsmanship under the fiberglass is equal to the exterior looks of this car and it needs to be for the car to stay as nice as it is. This is not a kit car, this is a manufactured car, Where I have had all of the glass made to DOT specs and everything is street legal in Florida I know for sure.
I'm sure you have the proper paperwork.
The drivetrain in this car is a 2.2 liter 4 cyl chevy motor with a supercharger, so it is pretty fast with 270 HP, and it averages 26mpg. The ride is smooth and solid and reliable. I have driven the car on drives for over two hours on the interstate without any issues.
Over TWO HOURS? FFFFUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU...
The length of the car for size comparison is longer then a Lamborghini LP640, and the car is wider then a Bugatti veyron.
He certainly knows his target market.
PS, I will also accept a Karma Fisker as partial trade in towards this car, I have wanted one of those for a little while now.
I dunno. A [heavily] rebodied '08 Chevy HHR for a Fisker Karma – partial trade?
In all honesty, I think this is one of the cooler things I've seen all year. The guy honestly has a passion and talent for this kind of thing, albeit 110% polarizing in this particular car's final form. An artist nonetheless.
Anybody have any clue who this cat is? I want to buy him a round of absinthe. Find him.
