Just in time for Sunday's Academy Awards, Virgin Atlantic has released a new animated safety video.
The video takes passengers through the motions of seat belt buckling, aircraft evacuation and smoking rules, while featuring clever takes on movie genres including westerns, super heroes, car chases, and even notable nods to "2001 - A Space Odyssey" and James Bond.
Other airlines such as Delta and Air New Zealand have also produced popular safety videos recently, as airlines have found that they can be used as a viral marketing tool down her on the ground.
