18-year-old Jameson Witty is being held on $20,000 bond after stealing a T-top roof panel off the tow truck carrying the wreckage, and then posting the evidence online, to his account entitled "Jameson Witty".
"Piece of Paul walkers car, took it off a tow truck at a stop light" is the caption accompanying the evidence.
When questioned about his motives, he justified the crime by saying:
"I got it for my buddy who was driving the car we were in, so that he could always pay respect to the guy that got him into cars"
Cops had no trouble finding the asshat, and arrested him at his home in LA after obtaining a warrant according to a statement released by the Sheriff's department. A 25-year-old man is also wanted, and arranging to surrender.
"A witness saw a male exit a vehicle that was following the tow truck. The male grabbed a piece of the wrecked Porsche off the tow truck bed. The male drove away with the stolen vehicle part," the statement said.
Whether God has mercy on this asshat's soul remains to be seen.
