BOF full-sizers like this 1992 Caprice aren't just cool customs and tight-suspension Impala SSs. You can still find them owned by skateboard-hating old people, wishing the world looked like the future they were promised decades ago.
Or at least that's what Regular Car Reviews says. He so eloquently describes the Caprice as living in a world of 'a penis petting zoo of 50- and 60-year-olds.'
