The American Le Mans Series is dead. With the American sports car merger, we now have one series to watch. But Porsche had some very fond memories of their utter domination of the series, and they felt it appropriate to share.
Porsche has 12 constructor championships, 14 driver championships, and 116 class wins in the ALMS, which is far more than any other manufacturer can even get close to. Sure, the lower classes were dominated by P cars, but their LMP2 machine was fast enough to take the fight to the LMP1 cars, even though it should have been far slower.
