Ohio police responding to reports of a drunken driver who nearly swiped a pedestrian had to chase the man for a few minutes from a McDonalds drive through because he wanted to buy enough time to eat his Big Mac.
Thirty-one-year old Randall Miller admitted he had consumed 10-15 beers and just wanted to eat his burger, but his confession was unnecessary; he allegedly had several beers — including one open can — inside the car.
Police apparently had to get him to stop eating the Big Mac so that they could perform field sobriety tests. Miller blew a .255 BAC.
Miller allegedly told police, “it wasn’t worth the trouble.”
He was arrested for drunk driving and fleeing an officer.
