According to Venezuelan newspaper El Nacional, six Venezuelan drivers have been arrested for their involvement in a multimillion dollar funding scandal. Last week, Alejandra Benitez, Venezuela's Minister of Sport, announced that Venezuela was cutting off money to all of its drivers due to $60 million in fraud.
Miguel Rodriguez Torres, Minister of the Interior and Justice, says that three drivers are in the United States, and one is missing. Venezuelan driver EJ Viso was pulled from this weekend's IndyCar MAVTV 500 at Fontana after allegedly contracting food poisoning.

Of course, the enemy in all of this is the US, who is a "giant" enemy of Venezuela and whose mission "is to assemble records of a Venezuelan rogue state."
