No, but it can't be. It's good for what it is, but regulations mean that making a super light hot hatch cannot happen anymore. The 208 GTI is more of an evolution of the idea of the GTI nameplate than it is the resurrection of 205 GTI. Unfortunately, us Americans can't buy any new French cars.
