With such a broad range of aftermarket products to update '60s cars' performance, you'd think everyone would slap on a new subframe and suspension kit, steering box, brakes and a crate motor and call it a day. Not so fast, hotshot.

This week on /BIG MUSCLE, Mike Musto samples a '66 Dodge Coronet 440 that's just about stock. The "just about" part involves the previous owner having swapped out the 383 ci V8 for the 440 that didn't arrive until '67.

Otherwise, it's all drum brakes, 14-inch steelies, bias ply tires and a bench seat. How does it drive? Like a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. Don't ask.
